How to request account deletion
AVA accounts are created with an email and password. To request that your AVA account and associated personal data are deleted, follow these steps:
- Send an email from the same address you use to sign in to AVA to sunrisesaturday30@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: AVA account deletion request.
- In the body, include your AVA login email and clearly state that you want your account deleted.
After we verify the request, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your AVA account credentials and sign-in identity.
- Personal profile fields tied to your user account (such as display name and profile details you provided).
- Membership / invite links that connect your user account to company bosses.
- Personal interaction data tied to your account where we store it (for example chat transcripts associated with your user id), subject to the notes below.
What we may keep
- Limited security, fraud-prevention, or legal logs for a short period as needed to operate and protect the service.
- Company knowledge documents, company profile data, and boss media uploaded by company admins — these belong to the organization and remain unless an authorized admin removes them.
- Data we are required to retain by law.
Company-managed content
If you are an employee, start with your company administrator for workspace content (for example uploaded knowledge files). Account deletion removes your personal AVA account; it does not automatically erase your organization’s shared knowledge corpus.
